Help my earring holes are infected?

okay so 4 weeks ago i got my ears pierced and now one of the holes is infected and im not allegic to the metal or nething i think i just didnt clean it good enough and i read that sea salt soaks help is this tru or if u kno nething else i can do that would be great thanks alot in advance
