Where can i find sponge bob decorations 4 the inside of an underground pool. ?They need to sit at the bottom.?

i saw some other "aqua art" that is made out of printable vinyl so if u can help me find out what tpe of vinyal that is i could just go get it printed on. It needs to be able to stay at the bottom of the pool and not move around. thanks
