Who Agrees that Rap has taken a instrumental fall?

I agree with you. I also think that Jeezy, Chamillionaire, and T.I. are real for the most part and Kanye has fallen off with his last album. Eminem, Jay Z, and Snoop are hardly greats anymore but their old stuff is great. But yeah guys like Lil Wayne and Soulja boy make me sick. It is time we clify them as "dance" instead of rap. Yoooooooouuuuuu. That isnt hip hop.
