Need help on my essay?

Not sure about the laws, but definately write about how totalitarians control 100% of control, and how in the book we have no privacy, no control because we are constantly being watched and surveyed by security cameras and the such which is true for real life. But I have only heard about the book definately read a synopsis of it first.
