Where around baltimore,md could I find a place to give me a fair salvage price thanks?

I recently totaled a car. I was in an accident where I entered the ramp and the car lost traction because I went a little over and hit dirt. The car skidded off the ramp and since it was on a hill it flipped over once. It stopped then flipped. There isn't that much damage to the car, mainly the roof and the windshield. The towing company says its totaled and I dont want insurance to get involved so I want to do this out of pocket. Where in baltimore, md can i get a good estimate to get cash for this car. Air bags did not deploy. hood is dented. roof collapsed a little. not sure if frame is damaged. the guy at the towing yard says engine doesn't work because it flipped over, i am not sure. where could i find this out? thank you
