Should i pick up dexter mccluster or mike thomas?

uming you mean who to add just as a starter for this week, I'd go with Thomas. As you said, the Texans are not good in p defense, the Jags ping game has a great matchup. David Garrard usually performs well playing at home, now you can couple that with the great matchup, the fact that he's coming off a bye and should be well rested, and that the week before that, he had a terrific performance against the Cowboys. Garrard is as inconsistent as they come, but when he's in the game, he can be a monster, and he's got a near perfect setup this Sunday against Dallas. As far as how this benefits Thomas, he's been a solid contributor for the Jags offense the past several weeks, another 60-80 yard performance is very possible, plus a chance for a TD. McCluster would be a very risky option. As you said, he's coming off the ankle injury, and other than Week 3 this season, he's been mediocre at best for fantasy-purposes. He's got Charles/Jones ahead of him running-wise, and ping-wise, KC is clearly a run-first team.
