Play with my GI JOE action figure or not?

I just bought my GI JOe action figure(code name cobra enemy & cobra air trooper) from walmart at almost 7 bucks per figure(I almost didn't buy it cause too expensive but it looked too cool not to buy it). I really want to take it out of the box & play with it. But another part of me says don't cause it might go up in value later & you can sell for big bucks. What should I do?
