How to get my bf attention back?

my bf and i have been 2gether 4 6 months now and he kinda stopped giving me attention like he used to b4.. like at school he used to use every min and spend it with me.. now im even lucky if he sat with me only 4 one recess!! its getting annoying i tell him all the time that it's upsetting and i know he still loves me but things gotta change.. and every time i tell him he tells me sorry u feel that way i dont want to upset you but nothing changes.. plzzzz help!!
