Has anyone tried this yet?

It takes awhile to get your body to where it was or where you want it to be! I know its hard with a baby but make sure your getting enough rest HA I know easier said than done! I'm going to the same thing its hard getting motivated when your baby sleeps you want to sleep too! We all weren't blessed with the body that is perfectly in shape and skinny after we just popped out a kid, sounds like your doing everything right maybe push yourself to run or walk faster longer? Good luck
