What is the song from "In The Land of Women" when Lucy goes to Eric at the Orange Julius?

I can't find the title(s) of the song or songs that play near the end of "In the Land of Women" when Kristin Stewart's charater Lucy is driving home from the hospital and finally realizes Erid "is that guy." I think an instrumental plays while she's driving and as the characters meet in the mall the soundtrack changes to a vocal. None of the I Tunes segments give me enough to identify if I have the correct song. Can anyone help?
