I need some seriously budget friendly dinner recipes?

Just regular, easy things. I have two kids that don't like to experiment with food. Ceroles, crock pot meals, anything! I need some new recipes but they HAVE to be cheap. We are on a super tight budget right now and there is no room for frills!
